Prime Deli has officially announced the opening of their new restaurant in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Located at 4224 Minnetonka Blvd., Prime Deli looks to provide fresh, full-flavored food while maintaining Kosher properties. Prime Deli is the next expansion for the Weinberg family. The first creation was the Kosher Spot in St. Louis Park - a local grocery store providing Kosher foods.

The restaurant’s decor is modern minimalist and their multiple booths comfortably seat groups of 4+ people. The service was friendly and attentive, explaining to us the dishes on the menu.

Wilkus Architects provided design services that helped create a new, fresh space for the restaurant. The addition of the restaurant adds valuable space to complement their existing grocery store within the same development. Prime Deli is 100% Kosher and provides a variety of menu items from soups, salads, sandwiches, hot dogs, hamburgers and more. The existing space was completely demolished on the interior and entirely reconfigured. In addition, finishes were carefully considered in order to provide a delightful space to enjoy lunch or dinner.

About Prime Deli: We’re all about real food. Real food is fresh, amazingly full-flavored and prepared from PRIMEingredients hand-prepared by real people, not a giant factory. Led by Chef Jacob Schloner, we’re about enjoying food that brings wholeness and real satisfaction to pallet, body and spirit. We happen to be Kosher too. -
