Eirik brings more than 15 years of experience in multi-family housing design to Wilkus. His penchant for building hideouts, teepees, and forts as a kid growing up in the great northwoods of Wisconsin foreshadowed his career choice. As a creative problem solver, he’s able to create spaces that are inviting, efficient, and comfortable to inhabit. In his role as project manager, he takes pride in his ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and team members through open and easy communication. He believes strongly that an environment of mutual respect and collaboration is key to the successful completion of any effort, and that a sense of humor doesn’t hurt either.
As a devoted husband and father of three, Eirik spends his modest free time as a dedicated grill master. He is known throughout the Twin Cities metro for his ability to grill a perfect chicken breast and is regarded to a slightly lesser extent for his drumsticks and burgers. Eirik can also be found subjecting his children to extended afternoon walks, taking occasional fly-fishing trips out West, and sharpening his foodie credentials with his lovely wife.
