After 37 years of service, and an anxious couple of months to relocate, the wait is finally over. Sunshine Factory owner Randy Rosengren and staff are excited to announce the opening of the newly relocated Location in Plymouth, Minnesota. Located at 4100 Vinewood Lane, The Sunshine Factory is open and ready for the holidays.
To help with the relocation, The Sunshine Factory turned to Wilkus Architects of Eden Prairie. The new 7,400 square foot building features an outdoor patio with adjacent fireplace, outdoor/indoor bar, private dining, full kitchen, and the familiar Sunshine Factory amenities you have come to recognize over the years. The updated fixtures and finishes tie in a design that will make you feel right at home.
The Sunshine Factory Menu features American style dining including a variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. Their competitive happy hour including late night, beer and wine list, and daily specials offer a great option hard for anyone to resist.
About The Sunshine Factory The Sunshine Factory was established in 1976 in New Hope, Minnesota. Privately owned and operated since day one, The Factory relocated to Plymouth in November 2013. We have become somewhat of a generational spot for many local families. We strive to be actively involved in the community, with ties to both the Armstrong Cooper and Wayzata Youth Hockey Associations.
The Sunshine Factory is open from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. daily, with extended hours Friday/ Saturday and closed by midnight on Sundays. For more information on their menu, orders, or reservations, please look them up on their new web page listed below. You can also follow The Sunshine Factory on their respective social media pages.
