The #WilkusRelocation project is moving along nicely! The interior framing is going up, almost all of the exterior window frames have been installed and the HVAC system is also being installed. The electrical and plumbing work will begin soon as well.  The final space is starting to take shape and before we know it, the work will transition into interior finishes and furniture installation.

What particularly excites us about the Wilkus project is that it’s bringing 28 creative professional people that will add to the creative energy of the downtown.” Kersten Elverum, Hopkins director of economic development and planning.

In other news, the #WilkusRelocation project was featured in the Star Tribune today. After so much thought and effort has gone into the project, it's exciting to hear words of encouragement from other sources. We're very excited to call the City of Hopkins our new home in 2015 and we're happy to hear the city is so receptive of our move.

2015 is going to be a big year for us at Wilkus Architects and we're thankful to have our readers along for the ride! If you have any questions or comments, please leave them below.
