Wilkus Architects is proud to announce our partnership with Lakes & Legends Brewing Company. Lakes & Legends Brewing Company is a Belgian and Farmhouse-style brewery based in the Loring Park neighborhood of Minneapolis, MN.
Together with their team, we're developing a 12,000-square-foot brewery that will include a 3,500 to 4,000 square foot taproom. The brewery will be able to accommodate around 200 to 250 people and is located in the bottom floor of the LPM Apartments in Minneapolis.
Our scope as Lakes & Legends' architect will involve space planning, programming, interior design and assistance during permitting. This work will be completed under a design-build contract working closely with the general contractor.
