Caribou Coffee | White Bear Lake, MN | Project Completion

Caribou Coffee in White Bear Lake, MN was recently remodeled, being the first location to receive Caribou Coffee’s new design, finishes, decor and operation platform!

The design features several wood elements, including the hanging log light fixtures, wood railing cap and fireplace mantel from Wood From The Hood, and the cabinets and trim were provided by RC Smith.

Wilkus Architects was responsible for the site survey, schematic design, design development, construction drawings and interior and exterior renderings.

Country Inn & Suites | Brooklyn Center, MN | Project Completion

In August of 2018, the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Brooklyn Center reopened its doors with a new, modern look.

Nearly the entire interior of the hotel was updated for new finishes, millwork, furniture, and lighting that modernized the hotel to the brand’s current image, including the public areas as well as guest rooms. 

Wilkus Architects partnered with Country Inn & Suites By Radisson and Dering Pierson Group on this renovation. Wilkus provided an architectural site survey, permit and construction drawings, and construction administration services as part of Radisson Hotel Group’s nationwide remodel program.

Cologne Water Treatment Plant | Cologne, MN | Project Completion

The new City of Cologne, MN water treatment facility opened in August.
