Lindsey joined Wilkus Architects in 2014 and brings a strong business-focused perspective to the firm’s leadership team. As Chief Financial Officer, she helps guide the firm’s financial strategy, operations, client relationships, talent development, and long-term growth planning.

Before joining Wilkus Architects, Lindsey spent seven years at Target Corporation, where she built a strong foundation in retail purchasing, negotiations, product management, business analysis, and operations. That experience continues to shape her practical, people-focused approach to running and growing the firm.

Lindsey’s entrepreneurial spirit was shaped early through her upbringing in a small family farm business, where she saw firsthand the commitment, resilience, and responsibility required to build and sustain a company over generations. That background continues to influence her leadership style and fuels her passion for supporting small and family-owned businesses. She is also a member of the University of St. Thomas Family Business Center, where she remains connected to the challenges and opportunities unique to family enterprises.
