In November 2017, Caribou Coffee opened a new location in Hutchinson, Minnesota. This is a joint location with Bruegger's Bagels, and both are owned by JAB Beech.

Brad, an architect on our team, graduated from Hutchinson High School. He was welcomed back to the school to speak in his former teacher's construction class, where he shared the site plans for this Caribou Coffee location, as well as the process of designing, permitting and everything else needed for a building permit. He also led students through the construction site so they could see the plans in action.
