The new Nystrom & Associates, Ltd. building in Coon Rapids, MN is making great progress! It’s on track to open in March of 2019.
Currently, the structural steel is complete and Heritage Construction is focusing on the exterior sheathing and structural studs. The sheathing is ZIP System R-Sheathing, which comes pre-insulated with an integral weather barrier. This helps the building meet energy requirements while reducing labor cost by combining multiple layers into one assembly.
